Ingredients:
(8) boneless chicken thighs
(1) tsp paprika
(1) tsp onion powder
(1) tsp garlic powder
(1/2) tsp salt
(1/2) tsp pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
2. Mix spice blend in small bowl.
3. Line baking sheet with foil.
4. Pat dry chicken thighs and lay on baking sheet.
5. Cover both sides with spice blend and lay with bottom up.
6. Put in the oven and bake for 25 mins.
7. Flip thighs over and broil for 1-2 mins.

This is by far the best seasoning I have used for bake boneless, skinless chicken thighs yet, and my daughter absolutely loved it. I made 10 chicken thighs, so I doubled the seasoning recipe and used almost all of it, it was perfect.
